For a PAYG day pass simply search for an available locker at www.spokesafe.app and book the space on the date you need it. Our team will then email you a unique 6-digit code which you can use to drop off and pick up your bike as many times as you like during the day. For monthly membership please email hello@spokesafe.com and we will get you set up with a space immediately.
While nothing is completely theft resistant, our lockers are securely built with a steel frame and sheet metal construction which is then clad in wood, offering excellent protection from thieves.
Yes. We advise all Spokesafe members to lock their bike to the racks in our network.
At the moment, no. But soon, yes! We recognise some members would benefit from more flexible booking options and this is something that we will be building into our app a little bit further down the line.
Currently, our bookings run for a calendar day and finish at 11:59pm. Please get in contact with us at bookings@spokesafe.com if your booking runs across two calendar days.
You should receive an email from bookings@spokesafe.com confirming your 6-digit code for the day. Please check your junk mail if this is not in your inbox. If you are having trouble finding this email please get in touch with us at bookings@spokesafe.com or call us on our 24/7 helpline 020 3488 0060. Our support team will ask you to confirm some personal and booking information before providing you with a code.
First of all – please avoid this at all costs! It’s incredibly frustrating for the fellow cyclist who has booked the locker after you. We also reserve the right to charge you for the additional days that you use after your booking has expired. If your booking has expired your code will no longer work and you will need to email us at bookings@spokesafe.com or call us on our 24/7 helpline at 020 3488 0060 to get a new code for you to collect your bike.
Yes! Please email us at bookings@spokesafe.com and, subject to availability, we will extend your booking for you.

If a member leaves their bike in a locker beyond their booking period, we reserve the right to charge for the additional days used and/or ban a member from using the Spokesafe network. If a member does not contact us within 24 hours of notification that their bike is parked beyond their booking period, we will remove the bike from the locker and store it off site. If this bike is not subsequently collected after 14 days, we will arrange for the bike to donated to charity.

Unfortunately, we cannot help here. Spokesafe was born out of a passion to reduce bike theft, but we do not take responsibility for your bike if it is stolen. We advise all members to sign up with Bike Register, and to use communities such as Stolen Ride to help you recover your bike. However, if your bike is stolen while in our network please alert us so we can stop the likelihood of this happening again and potentially help you locate it.
