What comes with each space?

Spokesafe act as a platform for providers of secure cycle parking, which means that each location has a different specification. However typically each bike rack comes with a dedicated locker for your personal items and access to a communal repair station & pump.


Are individual bike locks provided?

The spaces on our platform do not provide individual bike locks, so you will need to bring your own lock in order to secure your bike. However the allocated lockers for personal items that come with your booking typically do include locks.


How do I access each space?

When you book a space on our platform we will send you a confirmation email explaining how to access and use each space.


What do I do if someone is parked at my space?

Please take a picture & send it to hello@spokesafe.com, and tell us which space you have parked in instead. We will then add this to our records & identify the bikes owner.


Is there CCTV?

Most of the Hub locations on our platform have CCTV coverage as an added layer of security.


Will my bike fit?

A number of the spaces within our network are suitable for bikes of different sizes (e.g. cargo bikes) and can accommodate e-scooters with access to charging points. Please email us at hello@spokesafe.com for further information.


Can I book overnight?

Currently, our bookings run for a calendar day and finish at 11:59pm. Please get in contact with us at bookings@spokesafe.com if your booking runs across two calendar days.
